By registering with us or utilizing our services, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Services provided are strictly for users aged eighteen or older. Accessing our services if you are below the required age is unauthorized and violates this agreement.
2. If you engage any third party or use the service on their behalf, they are bound by the terms of this agreement.
3. We are not responsible for the loss of your account information. It is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your account password and other private information.
4. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to cancel your registration if any information provided is found to be incorrect or incomplete.
5. If you use a credit card for payment, we may request a credit card scan for verification. Failure to verify may result in account cancellation.

We reserve the right to request documents supporting the information provided in your account registration form. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES ON MultiCloud SERVERS:

MultiCloud.host reserves the right to immediately suspend services if any of the following (including but not limited to) activities or services are found on the server:

• IRC servers
• iMarcos, AutoSurf, Traffic Exchange, Automated Browsing HitLeap, Crawlers, etc.
• Illegal Downloads/Uploads, Pirated Content, Warez
• Bruteforce Programs/Port Scanning/IP Scanners
• Email Spamming of any type
• Investment Sites (E-Gold Exchange, HYIP, FOREX, Linden Exchange, Second Life/ Pyramid Scheme/ Ponzi, MLM)
• Gambling Sites/Lottery
• MUDs/RPGs/PBBGs
• Sites promoting hacking activities
• Bank Debenture Trading Programs/Bank Debentures
• Replica Sites/Fraudulent/Phishing
• Public Proxies/TOR Exit/Public VPNs/Anonymizers
• TeamSpeak/Mumble
• Virtual Currency Mining (including but not limited to bitcoin)
• DDoS-prone applications or booters/flood scripts/IP spoofing
• Open DNS resolvers/recursors
• Illegal software key generators/Cracking tools
• Public Game Servers
• File hosting services
• Cardsharing (CCCam or equivalent)
• P2P or file-sharing networks
• Adult Content hosting, storing, and display

Usage Policy:

By agreeing to the terms below, you agree to abstain from using our services for:

• Violating any rule, regulation, law, or ordinance applicable at any level.
• Engaging in port scanning, Denial of Service attacks, Trojans, viruses, corrupted files, worms, or any malicious program or software.
• Hosting software or sites that may overload our system or the provided software.
• Any practices that involve child exploitation or child pornography.
• Spreading information that incites animal or human cruelty, religious, sect, or caste hatred or terrorism.
• Dispensing personal information regarding users without prior permission.
• Publishing, using, or violating any illegal hosting or software.
• Engaging in mail bombing or any spamming activity, including sending illegal emails to the public.
• Participating in any illegal or fraudulent online activity, including hosting phishing sites or illicit software.

Web Hosting Terms and Conditions:

Terms and conditions related to service delivery:

Upon confirmation of web hosting service availability, an automated email is sent to the customer’s provided email address. Invoicing for web hosting services begins on the launch date. While we strive to make services available within minutes, technical issues may cause delays. Customers have the right to cancel and demand a full refund if services are not delivered on time.

Customer Obligations and Liabilities:

• Customers are solely responsible for data security by implementing security measures, regular backups, and system updates.
• In shared hosting, customers are solely responsible for website content.
• Customers must pay for any rights or licenses used. Failure to do so may result in service cancellation.
• Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Violations may result in account suspension.

Acknowledgment for Customers with Reseller Accounts or Shared Hosting:

• Customers must limit resource usage to 25% and must not exceed resource usage for more than 90 seconds in a 6-hour period.
• Customers must avoid running daemons, bots, or long-running server-side processes.
• Customers must not use web spiders or indexes.
• Customers must not host on AS backup or other storage devices.
• Customers must not exceed 100,000 files.
• Customers must not run queries for more than 15 seconds.
• Customers must avoid using large media files.
• Customers must adhere to email sending limits.

Refund Terms:

• 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to cPanel Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting services. Refund excludes IP address fees, domain registration, SSL certificates, and other add-ons.
• Domain registration, domain transfers, and ID privacy protection fees are non-refundable.
• Dedicated Servers Hosting fees, VPS Hosting fees, SSL Certificates, and setup fees are non-refundable.

MultiCloud reserves the right to refuse or terminate services for any violations of terms or applicable laws without prior notice.
